Important Info

The following will hopefully help if you have any questions. 
If I have missed anything, please get in touch. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have. 

TURNAROUND TIME
Our current turnaround time is 3 - 14 days. We aim to get all products finalised within a few days but sometimes there can be unexpected delays such as an overload of orders. If you need a rushed order please get in contact with us, we are always happy to accommodate. 

SHIPPING
Is added on top of turnaround time. We post Australia wide from 2570. We use Australia Post for all of our orders. For all items that have a shipping cost of $3.50, please note that this is untracked and it will be posted as a letter hence the low price. For tracking you will need to upgrade in the cart. 
Australia Post can take anywhere from 2 - 8 business days. Express Post is usually next business day but can take up to 3 - 4 business days.
Once your item/s are in the hands of Australia Post, we hold no responsibility for lost or delayed item/s. 

LOCAL PICK UP
Is available from Oran Park, Sydney. 
We are not a shop front so collection days and times can vary. Please get in touch with us to ensure we can arrange an appropriate day and time. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES 
Unfortunately this is not available. In the event that your item/s have been damaged during transit, please send us a photo of proof within 24hours of it being delivered and from there we will work with you to decide what to do next. 

CANDLES
All of our candles are done with great care and have a wax finish.
There are no seems or joins and we do not use any plastics or wraps.
They are a complete Candle. Smokeless & unscented.
Every piece of information you would like on our candles are carefully applied by myself. At times there can be some slight bumps, this is due to the handmade process, all care is taken to minimise this happening. This should not be confused as a faulty product. 

FOIL & STATIONARY
All stationary items are printed in high quality by myself. All foiled items are also done by myself. At times there may be some black spots on the foil. This is simply due to the handmade process and we take great care ensuring this does not happen but at times it can and this can not be confused as a faulty product. Please handle all foiled items with care as they can scratch when in contact with other items. 

PERSONALISED ORDERS 
At the top of every product page above the 'add to cart' button there is a notes section. In this section you can fill out all the relevant details that I may need to know such as a name being personalised, a phrase or a colour. 
If however you forget to mention any information in the notes section, there is a section you can include any information when your item/s are in the cart. 
Please ensure spelling is correct as this is how it will be customised and/or printed. 

ONSIES & SHIRTS 
All of our garments are 100% cotton. 
We use HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) and we recommend to please turn your garment inside out and hand wash only. Please do not tumble dry or iron. 

GLASSWARE  
For all glassware and certain types of plastics or acrylics we use M7 (Metamark M7 - Permanent Adhesive Vinyl).
M7 has an external rating for up to 8 years. We recommend that you do not place anything drinking related into the dishwasher, microwave or leave them to soak.

MOCK UPS  
On some occasions you may receive a mock up. It really depends on what you are ordering. If you do however require a mock up, please get in contact with us.

D.I.Y VINYL DECALS    
Once applied they can last up to 8 years if cared for correctly. You will receive instructions included in your order on how to apply. All D.I.Y decals are done in M7.

When we have finalised your personalised item/s we like to take photos and post them to our social media accounts. When purchasing from us you agree to have the item/s published on the mentioned social media pages.
In the event there is something with an address shown, this will 
not be posted, 
If you wish to have your order not posted no matter what it is, you will need to email us asap at kaysbees@hotmail.com or simply include it on one of your order notes by informing us you do not want anything published on social media.
